KVKK APPLICATION FORM
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Personal data owners (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant"), defined as the data subject in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the KVKK.
Applicant's rights are as follows:
a. Learning whether your personal data is processed
b. If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
c. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
D. Learning the third parties whose personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
to. Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
f. Requesting the deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data in case of disappearance of the reasons requiring processing, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
g. Objecting to the emergence of a negative result by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
h. To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
2. APPLICATION METHOD
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK; Applications to be made to www.garandere.com, which is the Data Controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us through the following application methods or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”). Applications to www.garandere.com "in writing" will be made by printing out this form and using one of the methods in the table. There is no need to print out this form for applications made via e-mail. The Applicant should pay attention to the following explanations in written applications.

5. CONCLUSION OF APPLICATIONS
In the event that the Applicant submits his request regarding his personal data to www.garandere.com in writing and through the methods described in this application form, www.garandere.com may, depending on the nature of the request, from the date the request reaches www.garandere.com (30) will be finalized within a day and will be transmitted to the Applicant electronically.
In order to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent illegal data sharing, www.garandere.com may request information from the Applicant for identity verification. www.garandere.com may also ask questions to the Applicant about his application in order to ensure that the application is concluded in accordance with the request. If the request requires additional costs, the fee in the tariff to be determined by the Board may be reflected to the Applicant (Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller - Article 7). The Applicant accepts that www.garandere.com will not be liable for any claims arising from the application in question, if the information regarding the requests submitted within the scope of this form is not correct and up-to-date or if an unauthorized application is made.
