Ours is a unique tradition born in the Southern Aegean. This adventure we embarked on as a family from the past to the future is a small mountain in the south of Milas.  It starts with the olives we collect from Garandere (colloquially pronounced).

Our Real Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oils are obtained from Memecik type olives grown in our olive groves in Bafa (Heraklia) Village of Milas, the ancient city of Southern Aegean (Mylasa).  are olive oils.

Our olive oils are natural products obtained only from the fruits of olive trees grown in Garandere soil and without any chemical treatment.

Our oils are produced by cold pressing method from olives collected from our own garden during the early harvest period, without touching the ground. Garandere olive oil is the “juice of the olive fruit” that comes out by squeezing the olives collected from our olive groves as soon as possible.

What processes does a bottle of Garandere olive oil go through before it reaches your table?

In order for the olive tree to yield, you need to take good care of it and constantly take care of it by respecting its nature.

 

Harvest time: We call the harvest done when the olives are green, 'Early Harvest'. The phenolic values of our olive oils made during this period are richer, their aroma and nutritional value are higher. An average of 8-12 kg of olives yields only 1 liter of oil.

 

Harvest Way: We never 'whip'. Because this method will damage the sprouts of the next year. Harvesting is done by collecting our olives with the right techniques.

 

Collecting in Crates: Olives are packed in airy perforated crates. In this way, escalation is prevented. Olives on the ground are never picked.

 

Timing: Our olives are pressed without waiting on the harvest day.

 

Tightening Method: In the modern system, clean boutique  It is processed in a machine and by cold method.

 

Storage: After pressing, chrome  It is stored in tanks at 15-16 degrees away from air and light.
